Historical Contrast
Pilgrimage Then
For centuries, people journeyed to Canterbury, seeking healing and transformation at the tomb of Thomas Becket.

Personal Discipleship
Walking the Way
Jesus is not far ahead of us.
He lives in us by His Spirit.
“I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.”
Galatians 2:20

Biblical Reframe
Pilgrimage Now
Jesus does not call us to seek God through shrines or saints, but to follow Him daily.
“Deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow Me.” (Luke 9:23)

Shared Journey
Fellow Pilgrims
Along the way, we help the weary,
walk with the unsure,
and learn from one another.
We were never meant to journey alone.

Identity Shift
Strangers on Earth
“These all died in faith… confessing they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.”
Hebrews 11:13
As followers of Jesus, this world is no longer our home.

Reflection
Just Passing Through
This world is not my home.
I am journeying toward a city built by God.
Will you walk the Way with Jesus today?
Walking the way with God is a daily, living journey — not toward a shrine, but toward deeper fellowship with Christ. As pilgrims of faith, we are invited to turn from distractions, walk in step with the Holy Spirit, and grow closer to our heavenly home with each step. It is a quiet, continual choosing to follow Jesus where He leads.
