Monday 1st – A Life of Worship
A Life of Worship
A reflection by John Partis
When we hear the word worship, many of us immediately think of music, singing, or a Sunday morning gathering.
But what if worship was always meant to be something much deeper… and much broader?
What if worship is not simply a moment we step into—but a way of living?
This upcoming reflection gently explores what it means to glorify God not just with our voices, but with our whole lives. It invites us to think beyond familiar expressions of worship and consider what it really means to honour God in the ordinary rhythms of everyday life.
What does it look like to worship in spirit and truth?
What does it mean not simply to acknowledge God’s worth—but to genuinely delight in Him?
A thoughtful and heartfelt reflection that may gently reshape the way we think about worship altogether.
Perhaps this is the question to sit with this week:
If worship is more than a song… what does my daily life sound like?

Friday 5th – Overcome Evil With Good.
We continue Jill’s ’ Sermon on the Mount devotional series with Part 7: “Overcome Evil With Good.”
What happens when Jesus calls us to respond in ways that feel completely opposite to our natural instincts?
When hurt, misunderstood, or treated unfairly, our first reaction is often to defend ourselves, push back, or seek justice on our own terms. But in this next devotional, Jesus invites us into a radically different Kingdom response—one that is deeply challenging, deeply transformative, and far more powerful than it may first appear.
This is not about weakness.
It’s about strength shaped by grace.
As we prepare for this next reflection, perhaps the question to sit with is this:
What if the most Christlike response is the one our flesh resists the most?
Join us this week as we continue exploring the upside-down beauty of Kingdom living.
